KleanNara Supports Local Elderly Living Alone with Goods Worth 40 Million KRW for Seollal Holiday
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Jong-hwa] Comprehensive paper company Kkaekkeutan Nara donated hygiene and daily necessities worth 40 million won to elderly people living alone in the local community ahead of the Lunar New Year holiday.
The donated items consist of Kkaekkeutan Nara Yellow Dust Protection Mask KF94, Kkaekkeutan Nara Clean Hand Sanitizing Spray, and Kkaekkeutan Nara Wet Tissues, all worth 40 million won, which are products that can help the elderly maintain hygiene. These products will be delivered to elderly people living alone through the Yongsan Welfare Foundation and the Chungbuk branch of the Korean Red Cross.
In addition, employees of Kkaekkeutan Nara’s Cheongju factory, which has been with the citizens of Cheongju for a long time, plan to deliver an additional 150 boxes of toilet paper to residents of six villages near the factory ahead of the Lunar New Year holiday.
