View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Jin-ho Kim] On Tuesday the 25th, snow or rain is expected to fall in most parts of the country.
According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the 24th, as a pressure trough passes over the northern part of South Korea, snow or rain is expected to begin from the western coast of the central region starting early on the 25th. Afterwards, precipitation will occur in the central region excluding Gangwon Yeongdong, as well as Honam and the western inland areas of Gyeongsang.
In most areas, the rain or snow will stop in the afternoon. However, in Gangwon Yeongseo and Chungbuk, it may continue until night in some places.
The snow falling on the western coast of the central region including Seoul is expected to be light and scattered or mixed with rain, so it is unlikely to accumulate on roads. However, snow may accumulate in high-altitude or colder areas within Seoul.
Snow accumulation is expected in eastern Gyeonggi, Gangwon Yeongseo, and inland Chungcheong. The expected snowfall amounts are 1?3 cm in Gangwon Yeongseo, around 1 cm in eastern Gyeonggi, Chungbuk, and Jeju mountain areas, and less than 1 cm in inland Chungnam, eastern Jeonbuk, and western inland Gyeongsang.
Precipitation amounts are expected to be less than 5 mm in eastern Gyeonggi, Gangwon Yeongseo, Chungbuk, and Jeju, and around 1 mm in the Seoul metropolitan area (excluding eastern Gyeonggi), Chungnam, Honam, and western inland Gyeongsang.

The lowest temperatures on the morning of the 25th will range from -3°C to 4°C, and the highest daytime temperatures will be between 2°C and 10°C, similar to the 24th and above average for this time of year. Fine dust levels are expected to be 'bad' only in Gwangju, while other areas will see 'good' or 'moderate' levels.
