According to the police on the 24th, the Mapo Police Station in Seoul has booked a man in his late 20s, identified as Mr. A, without detention on charges of violating the Stalking Punishment Act and is investigating the case.
Mr. A blocked his ex-girlfriend's vehicle with his body around 8 to 9 a.m. on the 18th of this month as she was trying to go to work, demanding to resume their relationship.
