[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Junho] K-Auction succeeded in achieving a 'Ttah-sang' on its first day of listing on KOSDAQ.
According to the Korea Exchange on the 24th, at 9:28 a.m., K-Auction was trading at 52,000 won, which is the maximum price limit increase of 30.00% from the opening price of 40,000 won. The opening price was set at twice the public offering price (20,000 won), and it surged to the upper limit during the session, thus achieving the so-called 'Ttah-sang'.
K-Auction operates in the art auction business, art sales business, and art brokerage business. It engages in structured trading related to artworks among major overseas art auction companies and prominent galleries.
