T Station Launches 'Pickup Service' Directly Visiting Customers
[Asia Economy Reporter Changhwan Lee] Hankook Tire T’Station announced on the 24th that it has newly launched a 'Pickup Service' that directly visits customers who need vehicle maintenance services, including tire replacement and light maintenance.
The Pickup Service is designed for those who find it difficult to visit the store in person. A driver visits the customer's desired time and place to pick up the vehicle, performs the service, and then returns the vehicle.
This renewal was carried out to provide customers with a more convenient and reassuring service experience.
From the moment the Pickup Service is requested until the vehicle is returned to the customer after maintenance, customers can check the service progress through the detailed page of the Pickup Service history on the TStation.com My Page and via Kakao AlimTalk notifications.
Additionally, to ensure the safe handling of customers' vehicles during the Pickup Service, the assigned driver takes photos at each stage, which are provided to the customer. These photos can be viewed on the detailed page of the Pickup Service history.
Furthermore, the scope of the Pickup Service, which was previously limited to online orders for tire purchases and light maintenance, has been expanded to include vehicle maintenance. From now on, customers can also use the Pickup Service when making reservations for vehicle maintenance.
