How to Start Overseas Construction Projects... Overseas Construction Association Conducts Introductory Training
The Overseas Construction Association announced on the 21st that it will conduct the "Introduction to Overseas Construction" training course at the Overseas Construction Education Center to enhance the practical skills of employees of construction companies in global projects.
This course, held over three days from February 8 to 10, is designed to help companies preparing for overseas projects comprehensively understand the processes necessary for overseas business, covering overseas construction project execution procedures, overseas business feasibility analysis, financial theory and procurement methods, contracts and claims, and the future of the construction industry. Following this, courses on understanding PPP contracts (February 14-15) and improving global construction presentation skills (February 16-17) are planned.
An association official stated, "We expect that the experiences and cases shared by practical experts will help reduce trial and error when carrying out overseas projects."
