Curly Acquires Plannerly, Operator of HeyJoyce… "Creating Synergy Targeting Female Customers"
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chun-han] Curly, the operator of Market Kurly, announced on the 21st that it will acquire Plannerly, the operator of HeyJoyce, a community platform supporting women's career growth.
Curly will acquire 100% of Plannerly's shares and incorporate it as a subsidiary. All procedures related to this acquisition are expected to be completed within this month. The two companies plan to collaborate on developing distinctive online services along with various marketing activities targeting female customers.
Founded in 2018, Plannerly operates HeyJoyce, which produces and offers paid online content to help working women develop their careers. Plannerly will continue to operate the existing HeyJoyce service, and Inari, CEO of Plannerly, will also take charge of Curly's communications.
