The minimum temperature on the morning of the 21st is expected to be between -15°C and 0°C. The central inland areas, eastern Jeonbuk, and inland Gyeongbuk will experience morning temperatures dropping below -10°C, with slightly strong winds making it feel colder.
The expected minimum temperatures are -7°C in Seoul, -6°C in Incheon, -9°C in Daejeon, -5°C in Gwangju, -8°C in Daegu, -3°C in Ulsan, and -1°C in Busan. The daytime maximum temperatures will range from 2°C to 9°C, similar to the average. As temperatures rise from the afternoon, the daily temperature range will widen to around 15°C, especially inland. The expected maximum temperatures by city are 4°C in Seoul, 1°C in Incheon, 6°C in Daejeon, 8°C in Gwangju, Daegu, and Ulsan, and 9°C in Busan.
From Saturday the 22nd, morning temperatures are expected to be above the average. Weather with temperatures similar to or above the average will continue for some time.
Occasional rain or snow is expected on Ulleungdo and Dokdo until the morning of the 20th. The expected precipitation (snowfall) amount is less than 5 mm (less than 1 cm).
