Shindonga Construction achieved total orders worth 2.2 trillion won last year. Following 1.65 trillion won the previous year, it has been recording its highest order performance since 2010 every year.
Accordingly, the management policy for this year is set as "establishing growth momentum," focusing all efforts on securing growth engines through qualitative growth and strengthening internal capabilities. Jin Hyunki, who took office as CEO in December last year, has expressed his commitment to improving management efficiency and entering new businesses. In line with this, the company's business direction will also focus on advancing a profitability-oriented business model.
Existing core businesses such as public projects, urban development projects, maintenance projects, and civil engineering projects will be advanced to establish a growth foundation. The company will also actively pursue new business ventures including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), logistics centers, and eco-friendly businesses. Furthermore, safety management to eradicate serious accidents is set as the top management principle, and the safety team has been organized directly under the CEO.
Along with this, the company plans to introduce residential products that will enhance customer satisfaction, including its own housing platform "EasyQ." The housing brand "Familie" will also be renewed for the first time in 14 years and unveiled in early next month.
Starting with the Uijeongbu-dong mixed-use apartment and the Shinjinju Station area townhouse in March, approximately 3,000 households will be sequentially supplied throughout this year.
