The Green Delivery saw a fourfold increase in total subscribers last year compared to the previous year, as awareness of eco-friendly shopping among dawn delivery users has been steadily rising. In particular, since November last year, The Green Delivery service has been provided as the default delivery option in all dawn delivery areas, resulting in a more than 15% increase in dawn delivery orders within three months.
The Green Delivery delivers products in reusable The Green Boxes. After receiving the products, customers fold and store the Green Boxes and leave them at their door for collection during their next order. The boxes are then sent to a professional laundry service where they are thoroughly cleaned with eco-friendly detergent and reused for future deliveries. Over the past 2 years and 6 months, The Green Boxes have been reused 50 million times with a zero disposal rate.
The Green Boxes are made from rice sack PE woven material and fabric scraps, making them eco-friendly from the material level and providing semi-permanent durability. Their cooling performance is 1.5 times better than conventional styrofoam boxes. By reducing 800 tons of disposable waste such as vinyl, boxes, and tape, this has also achieved an environmental effect equivalent to reducing carbon emissions by about 700,000 trees annually.

Oh Jeonghoo, CEO of Hello Nature, said, “The Green Delivery is the first truly eco-friendly delivery service in the dawn delivery industry that emphasizes reuse rather than recycling of resources,” adding, “We will continue to introduce differentiated services that enhance customer satisfaction psychologically by combining product and delivery convenience of online food markets with environmental protection.”
