Former President Lee Myung-bak Hospitalized for Chronic Illness Examination
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyung-min] Former President Lee Myung-bak, who is incarcerated at Anyang Prison, has been hospitalized again for medical treatment.
According to the Ministry of Justice on the 17th, the former president was admitted to Seoul National University Hospital in Jongno-gu, Seoul, for a detailed examination related to his chronic illness. He has been receiving hospital treatment for chronic conditions such as diabetes. Last year, he visited the hospital three times for medical care and treatment.
