Investment plans tailored to local conditions in sectors such as jobs, education, culture, and infrastructure will be discovered to simultaneously solve regional vitality and population issues.
As an excellent case of attracting companies, Gurye Natural Dream Park, which has received nationwide attention, will be designated as an additional investment leading zone to create a healing cluster and develop it into a large-scale industrial complex.

As a premium city for return-to-farming and return-to-village, continuous population inflow will be promoted through various projects such as agricultural management and settlement support.
In education, operating regional resource-linked programs based on public-private-academic governance.
Supporting school education through innovative education district operation and the operation of the newly built Gurye Dormitory to nurture local talents, and expanding the base for lifelong learning through village education communities and future-oriented educational autonomy cooperation districts.
Checking welfare safety net policies to prevent blind spots for vulnerable groups such as the elderly, disabled, and low-income families.
Continuing the implementation of small but certain happiness policies such as the Happy Home Project, leisure programs, and oriental medicine treatment at health centers, and building the Happy Family Complex Center and Wellness Complex Center to serve as base facilities for family-tailored services and cultural programs.
