Paradise Hotel Busan, Nix Grill Presents 'Brunch Full Course'
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Paradise Hotel Busan's restaurant Nyx Grill announced on the 16th that it will introduce a brunch full course called the 'Sharing Platter.'
The menu is composed of the head chef's signature dishes that were popular as brunch items at Nyx Grill. It features six courses including seasonal green salad, mushroom cream soup, Margherita pizza, seafood spaghetti, tenderloin steak, and coffee or tea.
In addition, ? la carte brunch menus are available to suit different tastes and preferences. Guests can enjoy ▲penne pasta & hamburger gratin ▲tenderloin steak with mushroom gratin ▲truffle open sandwich ▲Shanghai seafood pasta ▲mushroom maesaengi risotto, among others. When ordering ? la carte items, a palate-pleasing soup and beverage are also provided.
