Gumi-si, Gyeongbuk, Provides 100,000 KRW Support for Small Business and Small Merchant Disinfection Activity Expenses

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yeo Jong-gu] Gumi City, Gyeongbuk Province, will begin accepting applications for quarantine supplies support funds for small businesses and small merchants starting from the 17th.
On the 14th, Gumi City announced that it is promoting this project to ease the burden on small merchants operating about 10,000 businesses in 16 industries where the quarantine pass system must be mandatorily implemented.
The support includes up to 100,000 KRW per business for purchasing quarantine-related items such as QR code verification terminals, hand sanitizers, and masks.
The support targets small businesses and small merchants currently operating in Gumi City as of the application date and subject to the quarantine pass application.
The application for support funds will be conducted in two phases: the first phase from the 17th to February 6th, and the second phase from February 14th to February 25th. The second phase is for facilities mandatorily implementing the quarantine pass or businesses that missed the first phase.
