Korea Center Secures 400 Billion KRW Investment
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] Korea Center announced on the 13th that it will undertake a large-scale investment attraction to expand its domestic and overseas e-commerce business.
The total investment attraction scale is approximately 400 billion KRW, consisting of about 198 billion KRW from a third-party allotment paid-in capital increase, about 100 billion KRW from private placement convertible bonds, and about 100 billion KRW from private placement bonds with warrants.
The investor is Korea E-commerce Holdings Co., Ltd., known as a special purpose company for MBK Partners' investment in the e-commerce business.

A Korea Center official stated, "Through this large-scale investment attraction, we will expand our e-commerce business and simultaneously strengthen our competitiveness."
