Hapcheon-gun Conducts Security and Job Training for CCTV Monitoring Personnel
Precautions for Control Activities Including CCTV Monitoring System Operation and Job Knowledge Training Focus
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] Hapcheon-gun, Gyeongnam announced on the 11th that it conducted job enhancement and security training under the supervision of the service company (SEM Service Co., Ltd.) with 16 CCTV monitoring personnel attending at the Gun Integrated Control Center on the 11th.
This training focused on situation handling procedures, CCTV monitoring system operation, and job knowledge education to protect the safety and property of residents through advance prevention of various crimes and disasters as well as prompt response in emergencies.
Since its opening in June 2016, the Gun Integrated Control Center, staffed by 16 monitoring personnel, has been operating 1,031 CCTVs 24 hours a day to prevent various incidents and accidents such as crimes, disasters, and rescues, while gradually expanding its operational scope to include public facility management, illegal garbage dumping control, and child protection.
In addition, security has been thoroughly strengthened to prevent personal information and video leaks through internal control systems that restrict CCTV access password changes, prohibit carrying mobile phones at the workplace, manage authentication systems, and limit arbitrary monitor manipulation.
