National Treasure Signs MOU with O2O Sharing Platform Company Omnis
[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] Omnis Co., Ltd. (CEO Park Seongho) announced that it signed a business cooperation MOU with Kookbo, a KOSPI-listed company, on the 6th.
Omnis is a company engaged in a shared platform business through O2O (Online to Offline) services, providing electronic wallet services, electronic payment (PG), foreign remittance services, live broadcasting using metaverse technology, and e-commerce services through its affiliates and subsidiaries.
Through this strategic partnership between the two companies, it is expected that the synergy effect can be maximized by combining Omnis's know-how in O2O business through its distribution network and Kookbo's subsidiary Bucksie's expertise in the shared platform business.
Kookbo recently signed a business agreement with a virtual asset exchange and is expanding into blockchain technology development. It is building and expanding a business model based on the 4th Industrial Revolution through partnerships with related companies and external platforms.

Omnis is also aiming to strengthen its existing business capabilities and achieve stable entry into new businesses by entering the real-time broadcasting and e-commerce markets through its affiliates and partners with metaverse technology, thereby revitalizing its distribution business.
