75 New COVID-19 Cases Reported in Gwangju
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Jin-hyung] Seventy-five new COVID-19 cases have been reported in the Gwangju area.
According to Gwangju Metropolitan City, a total of 75 new infections were confirmed in one day, including 73 local transmissions and 2 imported cases.
By infection route, 4 cases were related to a nursing hospital in Dong-gu, and 3 cases were linked to a nursing hospital in Nam-gu.
Three patients related to a public institution in Dong-gu tested positive during pre-release quarantine testing.
Student cases also continued. Two cases each were linked to an elementary school in Seo-gu and a kindergarten in Gwangsan-gu.
One case each was confirmed at B Elementary School in Gwangsan-gu, B Elementary School in Nam-gu, and an elementary school in Gwangsan-gu.
Four cases were related to other cities and provinces such as Seoul and Jeonnam.
