2022 Hope Sharing Donation, 9 Million KRW Donated to Gangjin-gun Disabled Sports Association and Others

[Gangjin＝Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yong-su] Dasan Bea Chae Golf & Resort (CEO Jang Bo-seong) donated neighbor-helping funds and sports funds for the disabled to Gangjin County on December 30 last year to celebrate the year-end and New Year holidays.

According to Gangjin County on the 4th, CEO Jang Bo-seong donated 5 million won for neighbor-helping funds, 1 million won to the Korean Filial Piety Association Gangjin Branch, and 1 million won to the Doam-myeon Community Security Council, and delivered 2 million won worth of sports equipment to the Gangjin County Disabled Sports Association.

Dasan Bea Chae Golf & Resort has been continuously providing generous support to improve the exercise environment and boost the morale of disabled athletes in the area, such as sponsoring sports equipment worth 3 million won including table tennis tables, table tennis supplies, and Hangung sets to the Gangjin County Disabled Sports Association in May last year.

CEO Jang Bo-seong, the third son-in-law of the late Chairman Kim Ho-nam, the founder of Dasan Bea Chae Golf & Resort, said, “Due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic and the year-end and New Year holidays, we decided to donate funds to help neighbors in need,” and added, “We will uphold my father-in-law’s will to become a company that serves and shares with the community.”

County Governor Lee Seung-ok expressed gratitude, saying, “Thank you for your interest and sponsorship in helping neighbors in need and disabled sports activities in the area,” and added, “I hope Dasan Bea Chae, a model company that returns profits to the community, will gain nationwide fame as a premium golf course.”
