The first branch will be established at Kyowon Group's Seongsu Logistics Center in Seongsu-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul. It provides services necessary for e-commerce operators, including shared offices, parcel delivery services, shared warehouses, proximity to wholesale and retail markets, a shooting studio for content production, and meeting rooms.
Kyowon Start One Startup Space is a new business of 'Kyowon Start One,' an affiliate of Kyowon Group that operates logistics businesses. The company explained that it launched the startup space to provide essential elements to solo sellers and small and medium-sized enterprises that find it difficult to respond to the rapidly changing market environment, focusing on the rapidly expanding influence of the e-commerce market.
This space is characterized by owning its own logistics center and fulfillment (packaging agency) system. It handles the entire process after customer orders, from product inventory management to inbound and outbound logistics, delivery, returns, and customer service, enabling fast delivery immediately upon order.
Kyowon Group plans to support fulfillment services so that early-stage entrepreneurs and small shopping mall operators can focus on sales and marketing. For parcel delivery, which accounts for a large portion of e-commerce tasks, it will be operated to allow tenants to use it conveniently and affordably.
Additionally, consulting services such as tax services, web hosting, and startup education will be linked. The company will continuously expand consulting fields so that tenants can focus on their business stably and will support services by establishing a systematic collaboration system with partner companies in each field.
