Launch of 'Check My Insurance' in Paybook Financial Planning
[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] BC Card announced on the 3rd that it has partnered with Kyobo Lifeplanet Life Insurance, Korea's first internet-only life insurance company, to launch the 'Check My Insurance' service, which allows any customer to conveniently analyze their insurance coverage.
This service will be integrated into the financial management tab of Paybook, BC Card's comprehensive financial platform. Customers can analyze the coverage scope of their subscribed insurance products in detail and check for any excess or deficiency in each area. Additionally, based on the analysis results, they can review and subscribe to customized insurance products.
Through this collaboration, both companies plan to continuously enhance the insurance product recommendation algorithm based on accumulated data and improve the accuracy of personalized services and customer satisfaction.
