Shinhan Bank, 'Most Recommended Company by Customers' Ranked No.1 in Banking Sector for 8 Consecutive Years
[Asia Economy Reporter Kwangho Lee] Shinhan Bank announced on the 29th that it was selected as the No. 1 bank for 8 consecutive years in the '2021 Most Recommended Companies by Customers (KNPS)' organized by Korea Management Association Consulting (KMAC).
The Most Recommended Companies by Customers is the only evaluation system in Korea that models and measures customers' willingness to recommend a company's products and services to others after experiencing them. Korea Management Association Consulting conducts surveys annually targeting about 10,000 consumers residing in the metropolitan area and six major metropolitan cities.
Shinhan Bank received high evaluations for various customer-tailored services, including ▲ real-time 'Good Service Customer Experience Survey' using AlimTalk ▲ the first future-oriented video consultation system among commercial banks, 'Digital Desk' ▲ paperless branches through digitalization of issued documents ▲ AI concierge for elderly customers ▲ implementation of a complete sales process using AI.
In particular, Shinhan Bank was recognized as the best bank chosen by customers by ranking first in all major customer satisfaction surveys this year, including the Korea Service Quality Index (KS-SQI), National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI), Korea Industry Service Quality Index (KSQI), Korea Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (KCSI), and Global Customer Satisfaction Index (GCSI).
