Interpark Decides on Physical Division of E-commerce Business
[Asia Economy Reporter Ji Yeon-jin] Interpark announced on the 28th that it has decided to spin off its e-commerce business division, which consists of ENT, tour, shopping, and book businesses, and establish a new corporation named Interpark Co., Ltd.
The spun-off company, INT Holdings Co., Ltd., will take charge of all business divisions except the spun-off business division. The spun-off company will continue to exist, and the new spun-off company will be acquired through a material division method by obtaining all issued shares.

The spin-off date is scheduled for April 1, next year, at 0:00, and the spin-off date can be changed by the resolution of the board of directors of the spun-off company.
