Na appeared on CBS Radio's 'Kim Hyun-jung's News Show' that day and said, "All election issues should verify the presidential candidate and examine the candidate's qualifications, abilities, and morality, but the election is strangely unfolding."
He stressed, "Others should all go below the surface and show the kind of leadership that can truly make the candidate shine."
Regarding growing internal criticism of People Power Party leader Lee Jun-seok, Na said, "Chairman Kim Jong-in said, 'From now on, the campaign committee will be run centered on the general campaign committee chairman.' Although the public is currently showing concern, we will organize things well and be on the path to unity, so please wait a little."
When asked about Lee's return to the campaign committee, he avoided a definitive answer, saying, "If I speak, it will be seen as another opinion and cause internal division." He added, "We need to resolve internal conflicts, but there are too many things we should worry about, such as the Daejang-dong incident and the Corruption Investigation Office. I hope we talk about those things."
Additionally, Na responded to the Democratic Party's claim that "Even if Lee Jae-myung, the Democratic Party's presidential candidate, becomes president, it is no different from a regime change," by saying, "I expected that. That is Lee's election strategy," and added, "We should no longer be deceived. Lee's election would be like Moon Jae-in government's Season 2."

Meanwhile, regarding whether he would run in the Seoul Jongno District by-election, he drew a line, saying, "I will not run." Na emphasized, "I am the party head of Dongjak District, and I think now is not the time for me to step forward," adding, "Playing a different role would be more helpful."
