Grand Prize Winner 'Jongga' at the 'Web Award Korea 2021' for Global Brands
[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] On the 28th, it was announced that Daesang's Jongga Jip and Cheongjeongwon's global brands 'Jongga' and 'O'Food' websites won the Grand Prize in Marketing Innovation and the Excellence Award in the Global Service category respectively at the 'Web Award Korea 2021'.
Now in its 18th year, Web Award Korea is an event hosted by the Korea Internet Professionals Association that selects and awards outstanding internet services in various fields for websites. This year, a total of 437 websites competed across 13 divisions and 74 categories. A panel of 3,800 evaluators composed of experts in each field reviewed the websites from multiple perspectives including ▲visual design ▲UI design ▲technology ▲content ▲marketing ▲service to select the winners.
Jongga Jip's global brand 'Jongga' won the Grand Prize in the Marketing Innovation category. It received favorable reviews for its intuitive design that helps users understand Jongga Jip and for making it easy to access desired products according to consumer demand.
Cheongjeongwon's global brand 'O'Food' won the Excellence Award in the Global Service category. It was praised for actively utilizing visual elements such as images and videos that express the texture and quality of products, thereby enhancing overseas consumers' understanding of Korean cuisine.
