On the 23rd (local time), IT media outlet PhoneArena, citing Italy's HDblog, released an unboxing video of the S21 FE lasting about 7 minutes.
According to the unboxing video, the S21 FE comes with a simple package that includes only a USB-C cable without a charger. The product shown in the video is in a matte Graphite color, and it is expected to be available in four other options: Olive, Lavender, White, and one more.
The product's appearance is similar to the ‘Galaxy S21’ since the FE series is a cost-effective model that incorporates only the core features of the flagship ‘Galaxy S’ series. Additionally, the revealed product uses Qualcomm’s ‘Snapdragon 888’ as the application processor (AP), and depending on the region, Samsung’s ‘Exynos 2100’ chipset is also expected to be used.

However, according to recent industry reports, the unveiling has been moved up slightly to 11 a.m. Korean time on January 4th, with a release expected on January 11th. The launch will likely start in Europe and then expand to other regions. The domestic release in Korea is still undecided.
According to leaked information so far, the S21 FE will offer two memory options: ‘6GB RAM + 128GB storage’ and ‘8GB + 256GB,’ with no possibility for additional expansion. The display will feature a 6.4-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X Infinity-O panel, supporting a resolution of 2340x1080 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. It will also support a 120Hz refresh rate, and the cover glass is expected to be upgraded from the previous model’s 'Gorilla Glass 3' to the higher-grade 'Gorilla Glass Victus' to improve durability.
The camera system is expected to include a triple camera setup with a 12-megapixel main camera supporting OIS (optical image stabilization), a 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and an 8-megapixel telephoto lens. On the front, a 32-megapixel camera will be mounted in a punch-hole style at the top center of the display.
