LG Innotek Sells Entire 71.5 Billion KRW Stake in HuiZhou, China
[Asia Economy Reporter Han Jinju] LG Innotek announced on the 22nd that it will dispose of 100% of its equity stake in its Chinese subsidiary LG Innotek Huizhou Co., Ltd., valued at 71.5 billion KRW. The scheduled disposal date is April 30, 2022.

The company stated, "This is regarding the board resolution to dispose of LG Innotek Huizhou's equity stake due to the suspension of LED operations," adding, "The issuing company is a limited liability company and did not hold shares, and the disposal date will be finalized after approvals from domestic and foreign authorities and additional agreements between the parties, so it may change in the future."
