Grain Great is Seven Eleven’s vegetarian brand that advocates delicious and hearty vegetarian food. The products introduced this time?Grain Soy Meat Triangle Kimbap, Grain Ragu Pasta, and Grain Dumpling Gratin?were jointly developed in collaboration with Bright Belly, a plant-based meat brand of the food specialist company Organica.
The Grain Soy Meat Triangle Kimbap features vegan hamburger patties made from a mixture of various plant-based ingredients, and stir-fried paprika and king oyster mushrooms with a plant-based spicy teriyaki sauce to enhance the umami flavor. The Grain Ragu Pasta contains plenty of vegan ragu sauce made by grinding vegan hamburger patties, with four plant-based balls made from soybeans, and includes sweet pumpkin and broccoli to offer a variety of flavors. The Grain Dumpling Gratin uses plant-based large dumplings flavored with tofu, onion, cabbage, and chive, topped with tomato sauce, corn, olives, and plant-based mozzarella-flavored shredded cheese.
