2021 Individual Official Land Price Workshop Hosted by Jeollanam-do 'Grand Prize' Winner

[Muan＝Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Oh Hwan-joo] Muan County, Jeollanam-do, received the grand prize at the 2021 Individual Official Land Price Ontact Workshop hosted by Jeollanam-do, with Song Han-byeol, a civil servant from the Civil Complaints and Cadastral Division of the county office, winning the award.

According to the county on the 21st, this workshop was held non-face-to-face in video conference rooms of Jeollanam-do and each city and county due to the impact of COVID-19. Despite being a video conference, participants engaged in heated discussions for the investigation and calculation of individual official land prices, including research project presentations and Q&A sessions.

Song Han-byeol presented a method to increase the realization rate of land prices by applying land price adjustment rates focusing on road conditions, receiving high praise from the judges.

With this, Muan County has won the grand prize for three consecutive years in the individual official land price research project presentation competition, following Lee Seung-myung, Land Management Team Leader in 2019, and Park Jae-young, civil servant in 2020.

County Governor Kim San said, “This award was possible thanks to the efforts of the staff to provide the best cadastral administrative services to the residents,” and added, “We will continue to satisfy all residents through steady self-development and work study.”
