"New Future of Data"... Open Survey Unveils New CI and Slogan
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bo-kyung] Consumer data platform company Open Survey announced on the 21st that it has revamped its Corporate Identity (CI) and Brand Identity (BI).
This revamp was carried out to strengthen Open Survey's business area of collecting and analyzing various types of data based on surveys, and to announce its expansion from consumer data to the experience data market.
The new CI and BI apply a bold and vivid blue color to embody the lively and dynamic image of Open Survey. The newly unveiled symbol, along with the slogan "The New Future of Data," implies "discovering new possibilities through data on a platform open to everyone."
The website has also been refreshed. To improve customer experience, the website design and layout were revamped, and the research and data services offered?such as marketing research, UX research, overseas research, and customer advisory panels?were reorganized for easy overview.
Hwang Hee-young, CEO of Open Survey, said, "We will use this CI and BI revamp as a turning point for a new leap forward, expanding our scope from consumer research to customer experience management to achieve sustainable growth. Starting next year, we plan to actively launch new businesses."
