Hanacard Launches 'Sajangnim Service' Utilizing MyData... "We Diagnose Your Business Area"
Providing Customer Visit Analysis, Credit Scores, and Commercial Area Diagnosis Services for Franchisees
[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] Hana Card announced on the 20th that it will newly introduce the 'Sajangnim Service' and 'Loan Comparison Service' to its MyData service 'HanaHap'.
The Sajangnim Service offers two services: visitor analysis and comprehensive store diagnosis. Visitor analysis analyzes store visitors over the past three months to show which times and days of the week have the most visitors. It also helps optimize store operating hours and days by comparing and analyzing data with nearby similar businesses (cafes, restaurants, etc.). In particular, it analyzes visitor characteristics to identify customers coming from far away, nearby customers, first-time visitors, and frequent visitors, providing a marketing tool to help increase store sales by attracting more of the desired customer types.
The comprehensive store diagnosis provides the store's credit score and commercial district diagnosis report. Hana Card developed the store credit score based on NICE Evaluation Information, store sales, delinquency, loan and guarantee information, real estate, and commercial district data. The store credit score ranges from 0 to 1000 points, with scores closer to 1000 indicating a higher credit rating. Hana Card plans to offer exclusive loan products linked to the store credit score in the future.
All reports of the Sajangnim Service are provided free of charge to Hana Card affiliated store owners and are updated monthly with new data.
The Loan Comparison service allows users to compare loan products, interest rates, and limits they are eligible for without having to visit each lending institution's website individually. It does not affect credit scores and provides estimated interest rates and limits immediately without submitting additional documents. Personal business loan products linked to credit scores are also being prepared.
