Hoban Construction Selected as Contractor for Incheon Seoknam-dong Street Housing Maintenance Project
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Min-young] Hoban Construction announced on the 18th that it was selected as the contractor at the general meeting of the street housing maintenance project association in Seoknam-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City.
This project involves constructing apartments and officetels with a total of 442 units across three buildings, ranging from 5 basement floors to 39 above-ground floors, in the area around 123beon-gil, Seodal-ro, Seo-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City. The association plans to pass the building review in the first half of next year and aims to start construction in November 2023.
This complex is a station area near Seoknam Station on Incheon Subway Line 2, with excellent accessibility to Seoul and the metropolitan area via the Gyeongin Expressway. Seoknam Elementary School, Gajwa Girls' Middle School, and Gajeong High School are within walking distance. Additionally, Seokgot Sports Park and Seoknam Sports Park are nearby.
