The Family-Friendly Excellent Companies and Institutions Award is given to companies and institutions certified as family-friendly that have demonstrated outstanding achievements in establishing and implementing family-friendly systems to promote work-life balance and create a gender-equal organizational culture.
The Korea Credit Guarantee Fund operates organizational culture leaders and a youth board to generate innovative ideas for organizational culture aimed at work-life balance. Through this, it has expanded various family-friendly systems such as Family Love Day leave, shortened working hours during childcare periods, work hour savings leave, and PC-OFF policies.
