Korea Road Traffic Authority Receives Fourth Certification as a 'Family-Friendly Excellent Company'
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Gwan-ju] The Korea Road Traffic Authority announced on the 17th that it has reacquired the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family's 'Family-Friendly Excellent Company' certification.
The Family-Friendly Certification is a system that grants certification through evaluation to organizations that promote work-family balance and exemplary operation of family-friendly systems to create a family-friendly social environment.
The Authority received its first certification in 2013 and obtained its fourth certification this year. In particular, the Authority operates various family-friendly management programs to balance work and life, including ▲flexible working hours ▲promotion of annual leave usage ▲parental leave ▲childcare leave ▲‘Family Love Day,’ which encourages employees to leave work on time every Wednesday to spend time with their families ▲and family-friendly workplace education.
