When asked a question related to gender issues, Lee replied, "One of the important virtues in politics is a sense of balance."
On the same day, Lee read questions posted on Jaemyung's Village and shared his views for about 40 minutes through a live broadcast on the YouTube channel 'Lee Jae-myung TV'.
During the broadcast, Lee read a question that said, "There are too many misunderstandings that Lee Jae-myung is a feminist because the Democratic Party is feminist. Please create a gender-equal society with a sense of balance." The questioner also requested, "Please make policies that benefit both men and women rather than favoring women. Please be careful only with feminists." In response, Lee wrote in the comments, "One of the important virtues in politics is a sense of balance. I will strive to maintain it well."
Lee also responded to a demand stating, "Lee Jae-myung emphasizes that special sacrifices should be followed by special rewards. Please do the same for the soldiers currently serving in the military and the many men who have been discharged," with a comment saying, "Appropriate compensation is necessary for those who have sacrificed for the country."
However, Lee added, "But I think we need to find another way that does not harm those exempted from military service. In the past, the military bonus point system was introduced, but it was abolished because women felt it was unfair," he explained.

There was also a post demanding Lee to leave the party. One netizen posted, "You constantly hinder the government and the Democratic Party. Just leave the party," and upon seeing this, Lee responded, "What is this? Are you telling me to leave the party?" Then he said, "I'm the Democratic Party candidate, so why would I leave the party?" He added, "That can't happen. We need to cooperate, even if there are shortcomings."
