Compared to the same time a week ago (the 8th), when there were 2,176 cases, this is 309 more. The total number of cases for the entire day was a record high of 3,166 on the 14th, and 2,790 on the 8th.
The daily number of cases in Seoul first exceeded 1,000 on September 24, and about two months later, on November 30, it surpassed 2,000. Since then, starting from the 14th, it has risen into the 3,000 range.
