The self-evaluation, composed of five committee members including Lee Soo-hee, Chairperson of the Palmandaejanggyeong Art Competition Operating Committee, and Lee Young-jin, Chairperson of the Executive Committee, assessed key agendas such as the efficient execution of subsidies, handling of submitted contest works, issues and improvements in project promotion, and future development plans for the art competition.
Lee Soo-hee, Chairperson of the Palmandaejanggyeong Art Competition Operating Committee, evaluated, "This year marks the 5th edition of the art competition, which has been very successful with 1,160 submitted contest works from across the nation in four categories: calligraphy, literary painting, wood carving, and folk painting."

Meanwhile, the Palmandaejanggyeong National Art Competition has been striving to expand the base of cultural artists by inheriting and developing the tradition and spiritual culture of the Haeinsa Palmandaejanggyeong, a brilliant historical and cultural heritage.
