Gwangju Nam-gu '2022 Academic Year CSAT Regular Admission Preparation' Consulting
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Jin-hyung] Nam-gu, Gwangju (District Mayor Kim Byung-nae) will provide useful college entrance information to examinees and parents taking the 2022 College Scholastic Ability Test (CSAT) by conducting consulting sessions for regular admission preparation.
According to Nam-gu on the 13th, the 2022 CSAT regular admission consulting will be held on the 15th and 16th from 5 PM to 8 PM on both days at the 7th-floor video conference room of Nam-gu Office, conducted as one-on-one counseling.
Fifty examinees who applied in advance through the Nam-gu Culture and Education Event app will participate, and they will receive online consulting together with Seo Jeom-gwon, Director of Career and Academic Support at Gwangju Metropolitan Office of Education, and Lee Kyung-gi, Head of Career and Academic Support Counseling Team.
Director Seo Jeom-gwon is active as a counseling teacher at the Korea Council for University Education and the Korea Council for College Education, and Team Leader Lee Kyung-gi serves as a question committee member for the social studies section of the CSAT and as an advisory member at Korea University, Sogang University, Kyung Hee University, among others.
The consulting content includes predictive analysis of the possibility of acceptance to target universities based on CSAT scores, changes and characteristics of each admission type, and application analysis reflecting the 2021 admission results.
A Nam-gu official stated, “Reflecting the high educational enthusiasm characteristic of Nam-gu, we plan to present acceptance strategies through analysis of application cases for universities that examinees wish to enter.”
