Gyeongnam Hamyang-gun, Legal Capacity Enhancement Training for Public Officials
Explanation of the Framework Act on Administration and Others, Enhancing Employees' Legal Knowledge and Understanding
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] Hamyang-gun, Gyeongnam Province, conducted the ‘2021 Civil Servant Legal Competency Enhancement Training’ related to the Framework Act on Administrative Regulations and others for its employees at the county office’s large conference room at 3 p.m. on the 9th.
Bae Gaenari, Secretary General of the Gyeongsangnam-do Legal Cooperation Office, served as the instructor and gave a lecture on the Framework Act on Administrative Regulations, which has been enacted and enforced since September 24.
Administrative laws constitute the majority of national laws and are core regulations that significantly affect citizens’ lives and business activities. However, until now, there was no fundamental law serving as the principle and standard for enforcement in the field of administrative law, causing inconvenience for frontline civil servants and citizens in understanding the complex administrative law system.
This training aims to enhance civil servants’ legal work capabilities and improve their understanding of laws and regulations.
