View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-seon] Ildong Foodis announced on the 8th that it successfully concluded the ‘2021 Hope Plus Charity Baseball Tournament with Hi-Mun’ at the Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul.
Having signed a business agreement with Yang Jun-hyuk Baseball Foundation on the 17th of last month, Ildong Foodis sponsored this ‘Hope Plus Charity Baseball Tournament’ to promote the development of Korean youth baseball and to support the dreams and hopes of future baseball hopefuls. Ildong Foodis donated 100 million KRW for the preparation of this event.
At the event, Ildong Foodis set up a Hi-Mun booth inside the stadium, offering generous gifts such as gift packs and experience kits that allowed attendees to try various products from Hi-Mun, Ildong Foodis’ representative protein health functional food. They also operated a photo zone where participants could film their swings at the batter’s box and held an Instagram photo certification event.

This Hope Plus Charity Baseball Tournament, jointly hosted by Ildong Foodis and the Yang Jun-hyuk Baseball Foundation, marked its 9th edition this year. The proceeds raised through the tournament will be delivered to the ‘Mentori Baseball Team’ operated by the Yang Jun-hyuk Baseball Foundation to support various baseball activities for multicultural and socially vulnerable children and youth.
