Pearl Abyss Partners with Korea Tourism Organization to Promote the Korean Wave Through Games
[Asia Economy Reporter Buaeri] Pearl Abyss is partnering with the Korea Tourism Organization to promote the spread of the Korean Wave in gaming and to revitalize Hallyu tourism.
On the 7th, the two companies signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and plan to collaborate on promotional marketing that allows players to experience traveling in Korea within the metaverse world of Pearl Abyss's new game, "Dokkaebi."
Kim Kyung-man, Chief Business Officer (CBO) of Pearl Abyss, said, "Dokkaebi is being developed to offer a metaverse experience with high-quality graphics and a high degree of freedom, realized through a next-generation game engine. We will work with the Korea Tourism Organization to promote the spread of the Korean Wave in gaming and to revitalize tourism through various collaborations."
