A city official stated, “The rental housing built in the Innovation Valley will be specialized for smart farm education and startup support, easing housing burdens and improving living conditions.”
Mayor Kang Young-seok said, “Resolving housing insecurity, which has been the biggest difficulty in returning to farming and rural areas, will provide an opportunity for youth and newlyweds to return to rural areas, boosting population growth and revitalizing the local community.”
