Shinhan Bank Launches MyData Service 'Moneyverse'
A Precious Platform of Opportunity Called My 'Money'
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sunmi] Shinhan Bank announced on the 1st that it has launched the MyData service ‘Moneyverse’.
‘Moneyverse’ is a MyData service that collects personal credit information dispersed across up to 50 companies including banks, cards, securities, insurance, electronic finance, and telecommunications with a single authentication. It provides integrated financial information inquiry, asset and financial analysis, consumption and expenditure management, goal management, and personalized product recommendations. It is available on Shinhan Bank’s mobile app ‘SOL’.
First, there are services such as ▲Tax-saving tips that inform ways to save on taxes, ▲Account and card consumption analysis that analyzes personal spending habits and advises on saving methods, ▲Insurance coverage analysis that shows the coverage of subscribed insurance, and ▲Credit management that offers credit-related advice.
The money saved this way is accumulated into a lump sum through the goal management service, where users set their own goals such as traveling next summer or purchasing a home and save budgets accordingly.
The accumulated assets can be grown through services like ▲Data Pick, which recommends hyper-personalized products suitable for the user or popular products among peers by analyzing consumption patterns and purchased products, and ▲My Calendar, which helps manage important schedules such as apartment subscription, major IPO dates, and personal financial transaction schedules without missing them. Additionally, services such as ▲Investment Indicator Alerts, ▲Subscription Consulting, ▲Apartment Listings Recommendations, ▲All My Pensions, and ▲Expert Consultations are provided to notify users of investment-related changes.
To commemorate the launch of Moneyverse, Shinhan Bank is holding a membership registration event for two months until January 27, 2022. The event offers 1,000 My Shinhan Points to all customers who sign up for the service and provides up to 10 chances per person to enter a draw depending on the number of connected asset institutions. Prizes include My Shinhan Points, Starbucks coffee coupons, CU gift certificates, and Olive Young gift certificates. Additionally, customers who sign up and connect at least one asset institution will be automatically entered into a limited edition prize event to be held soon.
