Hwasun-gun to Recruit 4,639 Participants for Next Year's Senior Job Program
[Hwasun=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Ji-woon] Jeonnam Hwasun-gun (Governor Gu Chung-gon) announced on the 30th that it will recruit 4,639 participants for the '2022 Senior Job Project' from the 13th to the 20th of next month.
The recruitment fields include a total of 14 projects: ▲ 9 public interest-type projects (such as Creating Beautiful Villages, NoNo Care, Senior Center Meal Assistants, etc.) ▲ 3 social service-type projects (such as support for childcare facilities) ▲ 1 market-type project (Sarangchae Cafe) ▲ 1 self-operated project (three-generation childcare helpers).
Applications can be submitted by visiting the designated locations such as welfare centers in each eup and myeon on the designated application days with identification, resident registration certificate, and other related documents.
Participants will be selected in order of highest scores considering income level, household composition, and activity capability.
The county plans to prioritize indoor projects such as senior center meal assistants starting January next year and proceed with outdoor projects such as Creating Beautiful Villages from February next year.
A county official said, "We will continue to create various senior job projects to support the social participation activities of the elderly and do our best to support the healthy and vibrant later life of local seniors."
