Fifteen local governments and corporations received awards, and the association won the Excellence Award in the field of revitalizing return-to-farming and return-to-village.
The expo, held from the 25th to the 28th, featured participation from 56 local governments nationwide and over 60 farming corporations, promoting specialty product sales, attracting tourists, and encouraging return-to-farming individuals.
The association promoted Yeongju's advantages and various return-to-farming policies under the vision of "Healing-centered Yeongju! The hometown dreamed of by return-to-farming individuals."
Tax support for purchasing farmland and houses, housing repair subsidies, agricultural machinery purchase support, operation of return-to-farming houses, and the establishment of agricultural education courses utilizing local universities were recognized as practical aids for the stable agricultural management and settlement of return-to-farming individuals.
The association received high marks for operating an information center in cooperation with the city, providing differentiated return-to-farming and return-to-village support policies and regional information compared to other local governments.
