Jeil Construction to Launch 'Jeil Punggyeongchae Geomdan 1st Phase' in Geomdan New Town Next Month

[Asia Economy Reporter Ryu Tae-min] Jeil Construction announced on the 29th that it plans to sell units of ‘Jeil Punggyeongchae Geomdan Phase 1’ next month in Geomdan New Town, Incheon.

Jeil Punggyeongchae Geomdan Phase 1, located in block AA15 of Geomdan New Town, Seo-gu, Incheon, consists of 15 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,425 households. It offers medium to large-sized units with exclusive areas of 84㎡ and 111㎡, divided into ▲84㎡A with 534 units ▲84㎡B with 340 units ▲84㎡C with 169 units ▲111㎡A with 382 units.

Geomdan New Town, where the complex is located, is a second-phase new town covering approximately 11.1 million square meters and supplying about 75,000 households. The first phase of development is nearing completion, with phases 2 and 3 planned to be completed by 2023.

Nearby, the extension of Incheon Line 1 is scheduled to open in 2024. A western area express railway (tentatively named GTX-D) line is planned for Geomdan New Town, which is expected to improve accessibility to downtown Seoul in the future. The area will also be equipped with road networks such as the planned Geomdan-Gyeongmyeong Road, the Wondang-Taeri Wide Road (planned), and the Ganghwa-Gyeyang Expressway (planned).

Jeil Punggyeongchae Geomdan Phase 1 features south-facing units with a 4-bay slab-type layout. Some units include three-sided balconies and first-floor terrace designs to maximize openness and increase usable space. Various community facilities for residents such as a swimming pool, sauna, golf practice range, fitness center, and a small library will also be provided.

The educational environment is excellent. A daycare center will be established within the complex, and kindergarten through elementary, middle, and high school sites are all located within a 300-meter radius. A central commercial area is situated in front of the complex, making it convenient to use various amenities.

A sales official stated, “Geomdan New Town applies the price ceiling system, ensuring price competitiveness. Additionally, 50% of units with exclusive areas over 85㎡ will be allocated by lottery, allowing those with insufficient points to still have a chance to win.” He added, “We have composed excellent products to meet the expectations of customers looking to purchase their own homes.”
