LH to Supply 995 Public Sale Apartments 'Andante' in Happy City

[Asia Economy Reporter Kangwook Cho] Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) announced on the 29th that it issued a notice for recruiting residents for 995 public sale housing units in the Happy City Complex and will begin accepting applications from December 6.
The public sale housing supplied in Happy City 6-3M2 block is a housing applying LH’s premium brand ‘Andante,’ with a total of 995 units across 14 buildings. By housing type, there are 730 units of 59A·B, 136 units of 74A·B, and 129 units of 84A·B.
The main floor plan structure is a single-story 4-bay type, and the 74A·B types are designed as duplex floor plans with terraces.
Among the 995 units, 838 units are supplied under special supply categories such as multi-child families, newlyweds, and first-time homebuyers, and 154 units are supplied under the general supply category. The supply price is on average 10.45 million KRW per 3.3㎡ for units under 60㎡ exclusive area, and on average 12 million KRW per 3.3㎡ for units between 60-85㎡ exclusive area.
Applicants must be adult members of a household without a home residing anywhere nationwide. All applicants must be subscribers to resident savings (comprehensive housing subscription savings, subscription savings), and the qualification requirements such as subscription period and number of payments vary depending on the supply type.
The supply types are divided into special supply (△institution recommendation and national merit △newlyweds △first-time homebuyers △elderly parent support △multi-child) and general supply. Applicants for newlyweds, first-time homebuyers, elderly parent support, multi-child special supply, and general supply must meet income and asset ownership criteria for all members of the household without a home. However, in the case of general supply, when competing within the same region in the first priority, selection is made in order of △household members without a home for more than 3 years and △those with the highest total savings. A 10-year re-winning restriction and a 4-5 year resale restriction period apply.
The supply schedule is application acceptance (December 6-8), announcement of winners (December 17), contract signing (February 3-9, 2022), and move-in (scheduled for December 2023). Application acceptance dates vary by supply type, and contract signing is also divided into electronic contracts and on-site contracts.
