Related videos will be released on the Dongdaemun-gu Office website and the Social Economy Support Center website on the 30th.
Social economy enterprises refer to companies that pursue values such as public interest and social objectives, including improving the collective life of community members. This category includes social enterprises, cooperatives, and village enterprises.
The district operates a visit and tour program every year for residents interested in social economy to promote outstanding social economy enterprises and improve overall awareness, in cooperation with the Social Economy Support Center and excellent social enterprises.
This year, considering the difficulty of in-person visits due to COVID-19, the event will be held online.
During this online tour, the district will provide education related to social economy and introduce four outstanding social economy enterprises, including the Dongdaemun-gu Social Economy Support Center, DDM Job Development Center (Deugandeme), Hyeminseo, and Ibuki Co., Ltd., as well as disclose excellent projects.
