HF Corporation has set specific goals every year to improve its records management system, including collecting records, preserving electronic records, and maintaining storage systems, and has steadily pursued these objectives.
The corporation was finally selected as a presenting organization based on recommendations from records-related personnel and presented its major achievements and best practices in the first part of the event under the theme "Public Sector Records Management, Cooperation and Collaboration."
Through the presentation, HF Corporation shared its best practices and know-how in records management collaboration, including ▲establishing a records classification standard after mutual communication among executives and employees ▲transferring administrative museum records such as various awards or MOU documents to the records office ▲digitizing housing finance policy materials from the Housing Bank before the corporation's establishment ▲conducting a full survey of bond documents at all branches and unifying the storage management system.
President Choi Jun-woo stated, "We will contribute to the development of public sector records management as an excellent records management institution."
