The Busan-Ulsan-Gyeongnam branch of the National Health Insurance Service provided a visiting free legal consultation service to protect the rights of residents who have difficulty accessing legal services.
The free legal consultation was held on the 22nd at Bansong Comprehensive Social Welfare Center, conducted face-to-face between the full-time lawyer affiliated with the Service and residents of Bansong-dong.
The consultations were conducted by prior appointment due to COVID-19.
The consultation topics included practical matters such as debt relations, inheritance, personal bankruptcy applications, and real estate acquisition where land and building registrations differ.
A local resident who participated in the consultation expressed gratitude, saying, “I was worried about legal issues and applied for the free legal consultation provided by the Service, and I was able to receive detailed and kind explanations from the lawyer.”
